Day1: Cochin – Munnar (140 km /4 hrs)
Arrival at Cochin airport/ railway station proceeds to Munnar. This beautiful hill station was once the summer capital of the British Government in India. The never-ending vast expanse of tea plantations and the round the year moderate climate makes it a little haven for visitors. Overnight at Munnar. On the way visit Neriyamangalam Bridge Cheyya para waterfalls Vallara waterfalls. Kallar waterfalls Spice plantations tour (optional)
Day 2: Munnar sightseeing full day
After breakfast visits the Tea museum then Visit Rajamala- house of the highly endangered mountain goats – the Nilgiri Thars. Then to Echo point and Mattupetty Dam. Speed boating facilities are available here. The dam is flanked by forests and a vast expanse of grassland on one side and the Kundala dam, top station, tea plantation on the other Etc…. Overnight at Munnar.

Day 3: Munnar – Alleppey /Kumrakam (190 kms /4-5 hrs.)
The morning after breakfast proceeds to Alleppey/Kumarakom. By noon check-in at the houseboat in Alleppey for a 20-hour house boating through the legendary backwaters of Kerala. On the way, you will witness a full range of life’s and activities and some mind-boggling sceneries. Overnight in the houseboat. A houseboat is a private boat with a fully furnished spacious bath attached bed rooms, hygiene kitchen, dining area and private front deck to capture the beauty of the backwaters.
Day 4: Alleppey/ Kumarakam – Cochin Drop
After breakfast proceed to fort Cochin and drop at the airport/railway station

Sightseeing of Cochin including the Dutch Palace at Mattanchery (Friday closed) is renowned for its murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana. The interior offers more beautiful surprises: a Belgian chandelier, the great scrolls of the Old Testament, and the copper plates on which were recorded the grants of privilege made by the Cochin rulers to the Jewish community in the 4th century. The St. Francis Church- the oldest European Church in India. The Santa Cruz Basilica originally built in 1557 by the Portuguese. St. Francis Church of Kochi was originally named Santo Antonio, the patron Saint of Portugal. Though it has hardly any architectural merits, it has been the model of many churches in India. The Chinese fishing nets at Fort Kochi, located in the Kochi city of Kerala, make up a very popular tourist attraction. They are fixed land installations, which are used for a very unique and unusual method of fishing. Drop to the airport or railway station according to time.
