Day 01: Arrival – Cochin – Munnar On arrival, pick up from Cochin Airport / Ernakulum Railway station and transfer to
Munnar (approx 04 Hrs drive). On the way enjoy amazing greenery and natural scenic spots. On arrival at Munnar check
into Hotel/Resort and relax for the rest of the day or if time permits you can also visit nearby places like Tea Museum,
Spice Plantation, Rose Garden, etc. Stay overnight at Munnar.
Day 02: Munnar After breakfast, spend the day with local sightseeing. Situated at the confluence of three mountain
streams – Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was
once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to
Mattupetty Dam, Kundalana Lake, Echo point, Tea Factory, Blossom Park, and If time permits, later you can proceed to
Rajamalai(Eravikulam Naional Park) where the rarest species of mountain goat, “Nilgiri Thars”, can be spotted(Subject to
Gov. Restrictions). Stay overnight at Munnar
Day 03: Munnar – Thekkady After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Thekkady (approx 04 Hrs); on
arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady – one of the world’s most fascinating wild life
reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green
forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve
in 1978. Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit, martial arts of Kerala, Kathakali, Elephant
bath and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Stay overnight at Thekkady. You can also book boating ticket in

Day 04: Thekkady – Kovalam After breakfast, check out from hotel/resort & proceed to Kovalam (5 ½ Hrs drive approx).
On the way visit famous Jatayu Earth’s Centre. Later proceed to Kovalam. This sleepy town suddenly came on the tourist
map when its fabulous beaches were discovered. Kovalam means a grove of coconut trees and lovely beaches which
gives it a ravishing look. The main attractions for sightseeing in Kovalam are its three crescent shaped beaches –
Lighthouse Beach, Hawa Beach and Ashok Beach. Upon arrival check in into the hotel/resort and after fresh up, enjoy
your time in Kovalam beaches. Later in the evening, you are free to explore the surroundings. Also, Kerala’s famous
Ayurvedic massage can be enjoyed at your own cost. Stay overnight at Kovalam.
Day 05: Kovalam – Trivandrum – Kovalam Morning after breakfast, Later proceed to Trivandrum (Approx 30 Minutes)
for local sightseeing like Padmanabhan Swami Temple, Napier Museum, Zoo, Shanghumukham Beach, etc. Later you can
enjoy shopping or back to hotel/resort and evening free to explore the surroundings or relax at the resort/hotel. Also,
Kerala’s famous Ayurvedic massage can be enjoyed at your own cost. Stay overnight at the hotel/resort.
Day 06: Kovalam – Alleppey After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey (4 ½ hrs). Check in into the
hotel/resort. Later proceed for local sightseeing like Alleppey beach, temples etc. Alleppey is famous for its beautiful
backwater. You can enjoy boating at Vembanad Lake or the activities provided by resort at your own cost. While
cruising through backwater, enjoy seeing enchanting beauty and let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual – skim
past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes,
ancient temples, beautiful scenery and swaying coconut groves, etc. and overnight stay in the hotel/resort.
Day 07: Alleppey – Cochin Airport Drop After breakfast, check out from the Hotel and proceed to Cochin Airport ( 2 ½
hrs approx) to catch your flight / train back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the God’s
Own Country.
